Pear sorbet settled well for me yesterday. I made up the recipe myself. I took 3 bartlett pears, peeled and chunked them and then froze them. Then I added them to the food processor, added 3 TBSP agave nectar, 2 TBSP lemon juice, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp fresh ground nutmeg. Return to loaf pan and refreeze. Out of everything I ate yesterday yogurt with cranberries upset my digestion.
