In Week 5: Managing Emotions
So the last two calls have been really impactful for me on several levels. First being how connected our thoughts, feelings, stressors, etc affect our bodies and our well-being. Second how I still have allowed fear, fear of food, stress and shaming to effect me. Eating has been a real source of stress for me on so many levels, not feeling well, bloating, discomfort, nausea, gas, etc. And over the last year I have gained almost 100lbs from malnutrition, most lose weight, I gain I guess, that I have a real love hate relationship with food.

In Week 2 - Diet Tips Part 1
So excited after this weeks video, I realize I am sodium deficient and I already have a dole solution mixed up and ready to go. Now I get to use it daily instead of only a few times a month. Thank you. I am wondering where I might find sauerkraut juice.
