In Week 3 - Relaxation
After bending and deep breathing it says to apply "murlbandh". What is a murlbandh? Then it says to continue at a slow pace. Continue what? Standing, bending, breathing, or applying the murlbandh? Thank you for clarification. Also when doing these, do symptoms sometimes get worse before getting better?

In Week 3 - Relaxation
I received my oils yesterday and starting using them immediately. Although I don't suffer from GP, I have been experiencing almost chronic gallbladder issues. All my past natural remedies weren't working. After just two applications of Gastro and Kate's Happy Tummy, I was getting results. I used the Trace Minerals and Kathy's Sleep Easy before going to bed, practiced SA TA NA MA and Conscious Breathing. I slept better, not perfect, but better. And I actually feel happier today and have a little more energy. I am so amazed!!! OnWard I PROGRESS TODAY!

In Week 2 - Diet Tips Part 1
After last night's class I realized I continue to be sodium deficient. It appears to have been a gradual decline as blood tests indicated a deficiency several years ago. Each subsequent test has shown deficiency and now I experience many of this symptoms listed in the hand out last night. I believe this has also hindered healing from a couple of auto accidents I was in over the last two years. I added Himalayan Salt to my routine this morning!
